Great products, poor service experience
All personally known as TFS, The Fashion Store is a really convenient spot in Bambalapitiya. They offer high-quality materials with fashion-forward designs that you won't find elsewhere, and their styles don't stay in-store for more than 7 to 10 days since they continuously introduce new, appealing items. When it comes to pricing, it's very reasonable and accessible to everyone. They have expanded their range of products to provide quality and visually appealing options for shoppers. However, there are a few negatives to mention regarding the management and cashier interactions. I experienced this first-hand during a visit last September with my wife and three kids, all under five. We ended up purchasing quite a bit, with our total around 86,600 LKR. When I asked the cashier for a discount on our sizeable bill, she hesitated for just a moment before glancing at someone nearby. With a flat expression, she shook her head to indicate no discount. I requested that they consider our loyalty as regular customers, hoping for some sort of discount, but they arrogantly dismissed my plea, focusing only on my wallet. It was disheartening to see a loyal customer treated this way. I paid and left the store feeling quite disappointed, and management didn't seem to address my request at all.
