This is a fantastic place to stay in Gall Fort. The rooms are modern, bright, and well-equipped. The staff is polite and welcoming, especially the Head of Charlies Bar and restaurant, along with Janaka from the Front Office, who made everything seamless from our initial booking to our departure. I highly recommend enjoying the sunset views from Charlies on the upper level.

I've visited this hotel multiple times because I truly love it. The staff creates a welcoming atmosphere that feels like family. The food is fantastic, and the design and comfort are unlike anything I've encountered before. It's the perfect retreat after following their suggestions for fully experiencing the living heritage of the Fort. This place isn't just a top spot in the Fort; it's one of the best in the world—so authentic and vibrant. Unfortunately, I haven't been feeling well due to the flu, but they've taken care of me like I'm part of their own family. As a solo female traveler, I feel safe and cherished here. Plus, it offers a wonderful view and plenty of space to feel at home, and it's recognized as one of the best places in the Fort. I plan to keep coming back time and again.

I enjoyed two delightful nights at this place. The location is fantastic, and the rooms are very comfortable. The bar and restaurant, along with the terrace, are great features. The cocktails were excellent, and the food was tasty, particularly the Sri Lankan breakfast. However, what truly stood out were the people—everyone was warm, helpful, and skilled at their jobs. It was lovely!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this newer hotel. The little touches really enhance the experience, and while the rooms are on the small side, they are cleverly designed, particularly the bathrooms. The location is excellent and feels safe. The back of the hotel overlooks the waterfront, offering not just stunning sunset views from the terrace, but also a pleasant, inviting breeze. The food and service were both quite good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I really appreciated the location, just a short walk from the Galle lighthouse. However, what truly impressed me was the modern design of this Art Deco building. Our room was not only stylish but also clean, featuring a bathtub and lovely amenities.

This is actually why I was able to make such a beautiful reel here—the backdrop is simply ideal! One of the standout features is the stunning sunset view. It’s really a remarkable place, and since many people recognize how special it is, I highly recommend booking a table in advance.
