Convenient pharmacy for various needs

This is a reliable spot for obtaining prescribed medications. Besides that, they offer a range of products like special milk powder, ankle braces, baby supplies, masks, and hand sanitizers. You can also make appointments for consultations at Galle hospital here. They communicate in English, which is very useful for foreigners. Just remember to bring your prescription when picking up medications. It's important to maintain social distance since the inside area is quite cramped. I would recommend this place when you’re comparing options.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience

I had a really bad experience with the customer service. The staff were quite unhelpful and rude, showing no desire to assist or respond to questions. I ended up waiting for a long time without any explanation or apology. It's disheartening to encounter such poor service in a pharmacy where people seek help. I won't be coming back.

Great service and affordable ear drops

I don't understand the negative review; my experience was filled with kindness, honesty, and respect. They provided the right ear drops for swimmer's ear, which are safe for middle ear contact, and the price was only about $0.87 for the bottle.

Avoid for Price Manipulation

Cheaters! It's better to go to the pharmacy next door. They change the price right in front of you. I had bought the same pills there three times before, but this time when I handed over 5000 rs and requested three cards instead of the usual one, they quoted me 2750 rs per card instead of the previous 1500. So, they ended up giving me two cards for 4500 rs. When I asked for a receipt, they provided one that didn’t list any item name—just the amount of 4500 rs. Later, they altered it and printed a receipt with the wrong item name. I asked for the box, and they began peeling off the original price stickers and replacing them with their own

Excellent service at this pharmacy
