The after-sales service here is lacking. I came across a customer review regarding Telesoon, where a customer mentioned being cheated while trying to claim the warranty for their Apple AirPod 3. This kind of behavior is not beneficial for business. 👎

Telesoon advertised the Samsung Galaxy A8 tablet 4gb/64gb variant for 99,000/= on their official website. However, what they actually offered at that price was the 3gb/32gb model. When I asked about this after my purchase, they quickly updated their website to reflect the change. It seems like they may have done this to many customers. It's really disappointing to see such cheap tactics from a company that you would expect to trust. They don't even stock the 4gb/64gb variant and instead offered to order it for me from Softlogic at a much higher price, while other retailers like Life Mobile and Celltronics sell it for much less!

Beyond phones, they provide repair services and carry a range of tech accessories including Bluetooth speakers, headphones, microphones, chargers, power banks, and more. I bought an Apple Original 20W fast charger adapter from Telesoon. Initially, it worked flawlessly, but after six months, it stopped functioning. I filed a warranty claim, and they replaced it within two weeks without any trouble. Their customer service truly impressed me, being both friendly and professional throughout the experience. If you're in Jaffna and in search of a reliable phone store with authentic products and solid after-sales support, Telesoon is certainly worth a visit!

I wouldn't even give these scammers a single star. I bought an iPhone charger that they claimed was genuine and came with a 12-month warranty. Unfortunately, the charger failed during the warranty period, and after a lot of hassle, I finally got it replaced. To my dismay, the replacement charger also stopped working after just six months. When I reached out, they informed me that the warranty only covers a total of six months. I'm completely let down after spending 8000 Rs on such a poor-quality charger.
