Disappointing experience with misleading menu
Our visit to this restaurant was quite disappointing. The food didn't align with the menu descriptions, and the portion sizes were really small. For instance, the chicken biryani came with just one drumstick, not even an entire leg, which felt misleading for a main dish. The atmosphere was uncomfortable too, as it was excessively hot and the fans weren't functioning properly, making it hard to enjoy our meal. The service was very slow, both in terms of food preparation and even when we requested the bill, which took a long time to arrive. To top it off, we were informed that the biryani would include onions, yet we were charged extra for them on the bill, which seemed unfair given that we had previously agreed otherwise. In summary, the experience fell far short of expectations due to poor service, misleading menu descriptions, small portions, and inadequate management.
