Southern Pharmacy is one of the oldest pharmacies in Kurunegala, as far as I know. It's located on the Negambo-Kurunegala main road, right in front of the hospital. The pharmacy has a very knowledgeable pharmacist who checks and dispenses medications to patients. Their prices are quite reasonable. Additionally, there are more than four staff members working at Southern Pharmacy.
