This establishment is not registered under the Company Act No. 07 of 2007, and the only officially registered company is in Jaffna. If the name "S T S HOSPITAL (PVT) LTD" continues to be used, it could result in legal consequences. Therefore, if you are a professional doctor, it's best to disregard or avoid this. If you intend to use the "PVT LTD" designation, you must register with the Registrar of Companies. I have already confirmed this with them; STS HOSPITAL (PVT) LTD exists only in Jaffna.

I want to thank the doctors for their care. However, I do have some concerns about the reception staff. It's important for them to work on their customer service skills. When I visited at 4:00 PM with my two kids, I didn’t mind waiting until 6:00 PM to see the doctor, but one nurse, named Crazy, was quite rude to me, which left me feeling disrespected. I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future patients.

I’ve been seeing Dr. N. Jeyanthan, a consultant surgeon, for about three years due to a lump in my buttock area that wasn’t painful. However, I started experiencing pain for the last two months. When I informed the doctor, he didn’t even examine me; he simply diagnosed it as a boil, prescribed some medication, and sent me on my way. I’m left wondering what justification there is for this approach. As an English teacher, I can’t help but think about how uneducated people must feel in similar situations.
