Pros: - Great location right on the main strip of Ella. - The staff was very accommodating, helping me with a scrub and water to clean my shoes. - Affordable; you definitely get what you pay for. - There’s security at the elevator for added safety. Cons: - The room is in dire need of renovation. - There are constant noises throughout the day, including drilling from renovations downstairs, and you can hear other guests using the bathroom. Plus, from 6 PM to 12 AM, there's a live band across the street, and late-night disturbances from drunk patrons and barking dogs at 3 AM, followed by early morning traffic starting at 5 AM. - Wi-Fi is extremely poor; it’s better to use your mobile internet. - There are frequent electrical outages. - The room lacks proper ventilation; you're just relying on a fan to circulate the air. - There are no hallway lights, making it difficult to see when trying to insert your key into the door. - The towels are long overdue for replacement, and the soap isn’t even from Spice Ella but another hotel brand. - The basin is awkwardly placed behind the door, requiring you to hold it open while using it, and there’s no light at the mirror; they acknowledge it's broken but haven’t fixed it. - There’s mold on the bathroom ceiling due to poor steam ventilation. - The lighting is inadequate, and there are cobwebs behind the bed. - I found a cockroach and recommend keeping everything zipped up to prevent them from getting into your bathroom bags. - The bed linens consist only of a thin blanket, which isn’t enough to keep you warm in the morning.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Ella strip. The owner was very welcoming. At first glance, you might have doubts due to the construction happening out front, but this was an excellent choice for our first night. We had a brilliant double room with clean, comfy beds. Definitely worth the price!

When we arrived, the building was undergoing construction, and it would have been nice to have been notified ahead of time. Thankfully, it was just the first floor, and we couldn't hear any noise from our room. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing, with dirty areas and poor-quality curtains, although the bed sheets were clean. Tüzde at the reception was friendly. It’s also worth mentioning that the images on the website look quite different from the actual rooms. I really hope the rooms get a makeover soon!

Spice Ella boasts a friendly, courteous, and attentive staff who provided excellent service and were always eager to assist. The hotel's location is very convenient, situated close to shops and attractions. On the downside, the room could have been more comfortable and better kept, plus there was a lack of soundproofing, allowing loud music from outside to be heard quite clearly, particularly at night.

Considering the price, both the room and service are quite satisfactory! However, the room could use some updates, and the towels should be replaced since they’ve lost their whiteness. I recommend bringing your own. The location is convenient, with plenty of great restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. Despite the significant renovations happening during our stay, the owner was very kind and generous.

For the price, this place is a solid choice. The rooms are well-kept, and it was quite cold when I visited. The owner was very accommodating, providing milk for my 2-year-old around 11 PM, which I appreciated. However, I think it would be beneficial to have a medical kit available in the hotel. Everything else was good, including the food and location. Just a heads up, it's located on the main road, which can be hard to spot because it's a busy street!

We had a wonderful time at Spice Ella. Our friends stayed overnight, and the rooms were beautiful, clean, and modern. We enjoyed drinks multiple times at the rooftop bar. The owner is a genuinely kind man who goes out of his way to assist guests. I would definitely recommend this spot for both a stay and drinks. (Despite construction at the front of the hotel/restaurant, it remains open.)

Currently, there’s some renovation happening, so the views aren’t great. The towels could be whiter, but the service for changing sheets and towels was impressive. They even provided extra pillows since I need two to sleep well. Across the street, Cafe 360 features a live band every evening from 6:15 PM to about 10:30 PM, which keeps things lively, though it's not exactly quiet. On the plus side, its central location means everything is just a short walk away.
