I had a really disappointing experience with my glasses. I was told that the specs I received weren’t right, and when I tried to get them checked, I found out they were wrong. I was also told to come back a few times, but each time I got different information. It’s frustrating because I expected better service and accuracy. I didn’t feel like they cared about fixing my issue at all. 😑😑

I was truly let down by the customer service here. It seems they don't understand how to run a business or communicate with their customers. I wouldn't recommend visiting this place; there are plenty of better options out there.

I had a dreadful experience. My glasses were switched with someone else's, which was obviously a mistake. When I pointed out that I couldn't see anything with what he had given me and that the frame was different from what I had chosen, his attitude changed. He became loudly defensive and didn't listen to my concerns. I ended up getting a good pair of glasses made elsewhere. This was the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
