    Great ocean view and fresh food

    This place is ideal for a peaceful and intimate meal with a beautiful ocean view. The food portions are generous, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. Naturally, my first meal after arriving in Sri Lanka had to be their prawn curry, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The service was prompt, too. While I was dining, I also got to see people swinging on ropes, which I joined in on as well.

    Amazing food and views!

    Everything is just so delicious! The view, the service, and the food are all top-notch. And the pizza? Wow! I've been in Sri Lanka for about 10 days, and I've already eaten there three times. <3

    Friendly staff but average food

    Shanti Shanti Restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff are quite friendly and welcoming. The venue is visually appealing, but the lighting is excessively dim, creating a somewhat dark dining experience. The food falls into the average category — decent, but not remarkable, especially given the prices. Overall, the experience didn’t feel like it justified the cost. With improved food quality and better lighting, this place could greatly enhance its appeal.

    Charming spot with great hospitality

    Right from the start, the place had a delightful charm. The owner was welcoming, and his brother, the manager, who had spent a decade in Oman, added to the conversation. The food exceeded expectations. The music was enjoyable, and the drinks kept flowing.

    Delicious food by the beach

    We ordered Rice & Curry and a Margherita pizza. The food was tasty. Plus, the beach is just steps away, and there's a swing right beside it.
