Disappointing Photo Experience

The service was lacking. I was not happy with the photo I received. Everything felt rushed. There was no private space to prepare for the photo. They didn't allow me to choose the best picture; instead, they selected it for me and printed it. Now I have to redo the photo, which feels like a waste of money.
