Disappointing Lunch Experience
I recently had lunch at this restaurant and it was quite disappointing. Upon entering, we were not greeted or welcomed by the staff. When we inquired about a baby chair, one staff member merely pointed towards the cashier instead of offering real help. Later, the cashier told us they didn’t have one. There were only two staff members serving customers, leading to slow service. The food took a long time to arrive, and although we ordered a large portion of rice, it was quite small for what was labeled as 'large.' Overall, the experience was uncomfortable, and the service fell short of expectations. I really hope the management can work on improving customer service, hospitality, and portion sizes in the future.
