This was likely our favorite place to stay in Sri Lanka, thanks to the lovely accommodation and the warm, welcoming staff. It's a bit removed from the center of Weligama, which offers a quieter atmosphere, but it also means you have to either walk a good distance or use transport to reach restaurants or the beach.

Today, my father and I participated in the jewellery workshop, and we couldn't be more pleased with the staff's professionalism, understanding, and craftsmanship. Dimesh crafted my ring and was very accommodating regarding my budget and design ideas. My father received an amazing large men's ring featuring a stunning onyx stone, which was both challenging and beautiful! We truly enjoyed our experience and will treasure our rings forever! Thank you.

I can only say that this was a truly wonderful experience, filled with an amazing atmosphere. The room was very clean and pleasant, the pool area was fantastic, and the food was excellent. The common spaces were lovely as well. Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive to all my requests. A special shoutout to Manoj for accommodating my last-minute booking. It's rare to encounter such high levels of hospitality and genuinely nice people. Thank you all for everything. I look forward to seeing you again in May!

This place has a fantastic location, close to the beach and restaurants but still peaceful. If you enjoy walking, you won’t need a tuk-tuk. The food and drinks were outstanding, especially the kombucha. The decor and interiors were super cozy, and I really enjoyed my leisurely mornings on the terrace in the common area. My room was spotless, and the beds were both spacious and comfortable. The thoughtful amenities like a kettle, yoga mats, a drying rack, and warm lighting made a significant difference. Plus, there’s a lovely pool that’s perfect for a swim in the evening. I also appreciated the in-house jewellery workshop. If you’re fortunate, you might catch sight of black monkeys leaping between the trees. The best part of my stay was definitely the hotel staff—they were incredibly warm, kind, and helpful. A huge thank you to those wonderful people!

We had a lovely and peaceful experience at Sapiens home, complete with delicious food. Our stay was for a bed and breakfast, and the room was spotless while the breakfast was delightful, making it a really good value overall.
