Disappointing experience with used phones

When they first opened, they provided a decent service for both new and used phones. However, I had a terrible experience yesterday when I went to purchase an Apple phone for my mother. They deceived us by selling an iPhone 8, which has a malfunctioning camera and poor battery life. When we requested a return and a refund the following day, they refused. They only offer a one-week warranty, which is not enough. I strongly advise against buying used phones from them, as their prices are also higher than other shops now. The customer service was very disappointing, and I left feeling really let down.

Misleading Information on Phone Purchase

I am really let down by this shop. I went in looking to buy a used Pixel 7 phone. When I inquired about it, they claimed it was the USA global version. However, the next day when I returned to purchase it, I discovered it was actually the Japan version. They insisted they don't import Japan phones and only deal with USA global versions, which turned out to be a lie. I'm very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place. The staff also seemed unskilled and were dishonest about common issues with the Pixel. Overall, I do not recommend this shop.
