Disappointing experience despite initial promise
I signed up for a 2-day batik class after reading numerous positive reviews and seeing great photos. At registration, I was told that upon completing the class, I would receive a certificate and could reach out to the instructor anytime for help or free revision sessions if needed. The first day went smoothly; the instructor was friendly and explained everything well, even discussing potential bank loans for those starting batik businesses. However, on the second day, she informed us that I would only receive my certificate after creating a few more samples and sending them to her, which I agreed to. After the class, I had to send several reminders to get the notes she promised. She eventually sent them after a few days. When I later tried to reach out with questions about materials and designs, she didn’t respond. She once said she was unwell and would get back to me, but that never happened. Eventually, her husband started picking up calls, saying she was unavailable. What's frustrating is that she is quite active on her Facebook page, often posting screenshots and chats with other students, yet I was left without a response. It’s really disheartening because I joined this class with genuine enthusiasm and trust, hoping to gain new skills. Students should receive their certificates and the promised support. I truly anticipated a more professional and responsible experience.

Excellent Art Class Experience
I had a fantastic experience with a very skilled teacher who provided excellent instruction. I completed all the lessons and gained a solid understanding of Java, including Nepthol tie-dye and wax batik techniques. After attending the Random Art class, I now feel confident starting my own work. Thank you so much, miss, for the wonderful learning experience in such a friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend Random Art to all my friends!
