Slow service on Poya day

The service here was quite slow. I went today on a Poya day, and there were only two other customers present. I had just one medicine to pick up, yet it took more than 30 minutes to get it. The whole process is also quite inconvenient since you have to visit three different counters: one for submitting the prescription, another for payment, and a third for collecting your medicine. In general, I would suggest steering clear of this place unless you need a medication that's exclusive to Rajya Osusala. On a positive note, I do appreciate that they are open on Poya days 🫡

Excellent phone service at Osusala

I needed information about a specific injection at the branch and called in. The service I received from the girl who answered was outstanding. She requested that I send the prescription via WhatsApp and promptly messaged me back after checking, confirming its availability. This is the kind of service we need – a real change in all government offices. She was polite and attentive to my request. Great job, Osusala.
