Misleading Discounts and Poor Service
I reached out to this shop to inquire about discounts and was informed that they offered 25% to 35% off. After that, I sent over my complete list of items and requested them to prepare it for pickup. When I arrived, the items were packed, but no one mentioned the discount details. A young man at the counter only casually suggested the cashier apply a small discount. After making my purchase, I called again for clarification. I was then told that the discounts only apply to specific stationery items and not to anything on my list. They had ample opportunity to inform me of this when I first provided my list, yet they failed to do so. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional.
