    Fantastic Pharmacy Experience

    I had an excellent experience at this pharmacy! The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. They clearly explained the medication and offered helpful health tips. The space is tidy, well-organized, and stocks nearly everything you might need. I’ll definitely return!

    Disappointing Service at Prasanna Pharmacy

    I had a letdown at the cosmetics section of Prasanna Pharmacy in Anuradhapura. The level of customer service was really lacking, particularly at the cashier counter. The staff member there, a dark-skinned lady, was rude, unhelpful, and showed no basic courtesy towards customers. Rather than offering assistance or responding to questions in a friendly manner, her attitude left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected. Customer service should be about treating individuals well, and sadly, that was entirely absent in this case. On a brighter note, the lady who dispensed medicine was kind and knowledgeable. Customers from other provinces should be cautious, as they expect us to know the entire payment process. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback to heart and implements proper training to enhance customer treatment in the future.
