    Top-notch gym experience

Pran Fitness is a fantastic option for those seeking a high-quality gym experience. The facility is spotless, modern, and fully equipped, which makes workouts incredibly effective. Its convenient location makes it easy to fit into daily fitness routines. The staff is both professional and friendly, always available to provide guidance with a welcoming attitude. Their personal training programs are particularly impressive — crafted with proper techniques, they yield great results for those looking to tone up and build strength. I highly recommend it!

    Perfect Quiet Workout Spot

This gym has a cozy atmosphere and exceptionally clean facilities. If you visit during off-peak hours, you often have the place to yourself, which is ideal for a peaceful workout! It also feels very secure, particularly for women. If you need a personal trainer, Harindu is fantastic — he's friendly, supportive, and highly qualified, consistently going above and beyond to ensure everything is done correctly. It's a great value for the price. Great job, Pran Fitness!

    Disappointing Reception Experience

I had a really unpleasant experience at Pran Fitness, primarily because of the attitude of the instructor Anjana, who spoke to us at the reception. We weren’t there to work out; we just wanted to check the facilities as we were considering a membership for both my husband and me. Since we were wearing sandals, we were told to remove them outside before coming in. We followed these instructions and walked barefoot to the reception, which made us question why we were the only ones without footwear while others inside were wearing shoes. When we politely inquired if existing members had to change into indoor shoes as well, we were told no, which made the rule seem arbitrary and unfair. If current members can wear outdoor shoes, then what’s the reasoning behind not allowing sandals just for a facility tour? Instead of explaining the policy in a respectful manner, the instructor's tone came off as condescending, making us feel judged for our choice of footwear. This behavior was unprofessional and completely unnecessary, especially towards potential new members. We recognize that proper footwear is important for actual workouts, but should prospective customers really be expected to wear shoes just to view the facilities? Is it reasonable to ask new visitors to walk around barefoot, potentially picking up dust and mud? Would anyone feel at ease doing that? Would someone actually want to join a gym after such an experience? Because of this incident, we didn’t even bother to check or explore the gym further and chose to leave. A gym should be a welcoming and respectful environment, not one where newcomers feel embarrassed or uncomfortable during their first visit. This experience alone has led us to dismiss this place entirely. We were very disappointed by the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism.

    Longtime Loyalty and Professionalism

I’ve been with Pran for almost ten years, and the owners of this company are extremely professional and supportive. They have new equipment and offer a comfortable environment for ladies as well.

Good vibe but not serious for fitness

I trained here for a year, and I’d suggest it if you want a nice atmosphere. However, it’s not the ideal place if you’re really focused on your fitness and health objectives.
