Disappointing experience with instructor
I had a terrible experience with an instructor at this gym a long time ago. It was both discriminatory and embarrassing, which ultimately led me to quit. The branches are the worst as well.

No functioning washrooms, no use of towels and standards

Great facilities but some issues
This gym, located within the CR&FC Grounds Complex, offers great value for money. It has equipment that meets almost all needs for the average fitness enthusiast. The weight lifting section is spacious, well-equipped with plenty of mirrors, and air-conditioned. The cardio machines, like stationary bikes and treadmills, are situated on a mezzanine level, which is a smart setup as it overlooks the main gym area. The staff members are friendly and accommodating, creating a lively atmosphere. However, the gym’s music system needs improvement; the sound quality is quite poor. Another significant drawback is the absence of toilets within the gym. To find a restroom, you must exit the gym, walk to the entrance of the building, and then backtrack to the toilet, which is frustratingly close to the rear entrance of the gym—too bad that door is locked. I believe the management should seriously think about unlocking that rear door for better access.
