I had an appointment with Dr. Pathirana scheduled for 4:00 PM, but I ended up waiting until nearly 7:00 PM without seeing him. It feels like they only focus on making patients wait for no reason. Finally, I was able to meet with the doctor, who is good, but the hospital staff really needs to improve their timing and keep patients informed.
