This salon has been great in the past, but it's declining due to staff like Blue. It seems the owner is unaware that some employees are turning away customers by saying they close at 8. Previously, I had a wonderful experience with other staff who were both skilled and had a positive attitude.

This place is awful. They claim to provide an hour of service but only deliver for 45 minutes, charging 2000. They advertised a full treatment but only focused on the legs. The staff seems inexperienced and unprofessional.

I initially thought I had a fantastic pedicure and even tipped the woman who spent an hour pampering my feet. However, once I got home and examined my toenails in better light, I was shocked. They were jagged and not cut or filed neatly at all, which was really disappointing. I suggest they add more lighting in the salon so the staff can see what they're doing better. I'm a bit embarrassed to share photos of my feet here, but I did take some and would be happy to share them with the owner for staff feedback. On a positive note, the massage and scrubbing were quite good, though.

The customer service was lacking. They seemed unsure of how to give even a basic foot massage. I had scheduled a 1-hour session, but it only lasted 40 minutes, making it a frustrating use of my time and money. Their lack of experience in foot massage left me very disappointed, and I cannot recommend this place.

It would be beneficial for the shop to enhance staff training, improve the lighting, and stick to their time commitments. Overall, I had a good experience, and the rate of 2500 rupees per hour felt very fair. The massage therapist was proficient, applying just the right pressure, making the entire session quite relaxing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything from booking to reception went smoothly. However, the lighting inside was a bit too dim, which hindered my ability to observe the finer details of the service, and this aspect could use some improvement. Compared to spas in luxury hotels, this place is more budget-friendly, yet it offers a more professional experience than smaller street shops, providing excellent value for money. I would definitely return, and I hope the shop can enhance the lighting to further improve the quality of the service.
