    Arrogant staff and poor time management

    The clinic staff are extremely arrogant. Avoid making online appointments because they won’t see you at the scheduled time. After booking online, it advises arriving 10 minutes early, but they consistently fail to honor that. I ended up waiting over an hour and had to mingle with the other patients. It feels like a complete waste of both money and time. On a positive note, the doctor is very nice and humble, but the nurses are detracting from the experience and the doctor's reputation.

    Great doctor, but expect wait times

    I highly recommend Dr. Dimuthu for treatment. He is truly skilled and very knowledgeable. That said, be prepared for potential wait times; appointments may not start exactly on schedule. If you can manage to wait a bit longer before your consultation, you should be fine. The main issue here is time. The clinic is clean, the staff is friendly, the equipment is good, and most of the necessary medications are in stock.

    Great doctor, terrible staff experience

    The doctor here is outstanding, but the staff leaves much to be desired. They hand out numbers and expect patients to arrive hours in advance, leading to a frustrating experience where you end up wasting hours just waiting. It's a shame, really.

    Terrible Experience with Staff

    I visited today for the first time to get some medicine, but I won't be returning. This place is the worst I've ever encountered. The staff treated me poorly. So if you’re reading this, I advise you to avoid coming here. I've heard good things about Dr. Dimuthu, but the service and atmosphere here are unacceptable for obtaining your medicine.🤒😠😠😠

    Terrible emergency response

    I visited this place yesterday after my son sustained a serious injury. The receptionist was indifferent and didn't seem willing to listen. After waiting for 20 minutes without any response, I realized this is not the place to go in an emergency. By the time they start responding, the patient could be in critical condition!

    Frustrating Staff Experience

    The doctor is actually quite good, but the staff leaves much to be desired. I was really frustrated yesterday. The three nurses at the front seemed indifferent to the patients, more focused on laughing and chatting with each other. When I asked about the next number, they didn’t even acknowledge me. They prioritize online appointments, leaving others to wait. The nurses didn’t seem to care about who was next or which number was being called. I arrived at 6:00 and waited until 8:00, but the numbers weren’t moving at all. This staff is unkind and unpleasant.

    Pleasant doctor, but poor service

    Dr. Dimuthu is friendly, professional, and attentive, which is truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience is marred by the staff's inefficiency at his medical center. They come across as sluggish and unorganized, showing little respect for patients' time. Even though I booked my appointment online and paid an additional fee, it didn’t make a difference because patients still have to wait at least an hour before seeing the doctor. I faced this frustrating situation this morning. If you don’t have any other commitments for the day, you might find yourself waiting for hours, just passing the time while scrolling through your phone.

    Great doctor, but staff disappointing

    I've been seeing Dr. Dimuthu for quite a while, and I can genuinely say he's one of the most humble and caring doctors I've encountered. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the staff. They often behave as if they own the place, and their attitude and customer service have been consistently lacking over the years. It's frustrating because the doctor's care is outstanding, but the overall experience suffers due to the staff's behavior. Sadly, I'm now at a point where I'm thinking about finding a new doctor because of this. I really hope Dr. Dimuthu takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary changes, as he deserves a team that matches his professionalism and kindness.

    Terrible Service Experience

    The staff here is incredibly arrogant and expect you to just sit around for hours. I had to wait for about two and a half hours, which made for a really unpleasant experience. The staff are the most unprofessional I've encountered. It's unfortunate because the doctor is good, but the staff ruin it. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have hours to burn.
