Disappointing customer service experience
I went to this pharmacy around midnight on a Monday to urgently pick up my medications before the rain started. When I kindly asked the staff member to hurry with my request, she reacted rudely and raised her voice, stating she couldn't provide them immediately. While I understand there are procedures in place, her tone was quite disappointing and unprofessional. A more calm and respectful explanation would have been much better. In healthcare settings, customer service should be approached with greater care and empathy.
