    Great stay with minor issues

    We spent the Christmas holiday with several families, and the hotel staff were very warm and accommodating. The hotel is situated on a stunning beach, with access to a large swimming pool. The rooms were clean, and the facility felt new. Guests have access to a restaurant, though prices were on the higher side. There were some issues with punctuality; for instance, our Christmas Eve dinner began 1.5 hours later than scheduled. However, the manager was proactive in trying to help us when we asked to extend our stay.

    Beautiful hotel but with drawbacks

    This hotel offers European pricing but local quality. On the positive side, the hotel is set in a stunning location, featuring a lovely pool area, beach sun loungers, and a nice view from the window. However, there are some downsides: the wifi is very poor, the shower is falling apart, the bed creaks, there are no bedside tables, and there are visible cables in the room. Additionally, the restaurant is pricey with small portion sizes compared to nearby options.

    Great location, but food and service issues

    This hotel boasts an amazing location that truly gives you the feeling of being on an island. The room rates are quite reasonable, but the food prices are shockingly high, especially when you consider the portion sizes and quality. Additionally, the hotel could benefit from improving customer service training. While some staff members were very attentive and helpful, there were others who seemed annoyed by our presence, as if we interrupted their vacation.

    Tranquil seaside escape

    I've rated this place 5 stars mainly because of its location. It's the last property on the road, surrounded by unspoiled nature. The staff are welcoming, and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful. You get a fantastic view of the sea and enjoy a sense of solitude. The food is good as well, and the rooms are cozy. Overall, it's all positive.

    Great Beach Vibes and Service

    A big thank you to the fantastic bar staff for making our celebration of Australia's Triple J Hottest 100 so enjoyable. The beach and pool atmosphere was really nice, and the pool bar added to the fun. We had an awesome day, and we appreciate it from all of us Aussies!

    Wonderful beachside getaway

    Had a truly delightful experience! The staff were exceptional, making our visit comfortable and stress-free. The access to the beach is fantastic and the area feels quite private, so it’s never overcrowded. The pool and pool bar offer a very laid-back vibe, with attentive service from everyone. Guests can also enjoy free kayaking on the nearby lake, which is a nice bonus. I would definitely come back again!

    Stunning hotel with friendly staff

    This hotel is the most stunning place I've ever visited. The beach is not only beautiful but also well-maintained. There's a large, clean swimming pool to enjoy. The staff were incredibly nice and addressed any issues right away. I also loved the adorable pack of dogs, especially the playful young yellow and white one. I already miss them and this wonderful place!

    Great beach location with minor issues

    We stayed in a spacious and clean deluxe double room that offered a pool view. The location is fantastic, right on the beach, plus there's a lovely pool to enjoy. Breakfast was decent, but the hotel should really consider investing in covers for the food to keep the flies away! The bar prices were among the highest I've encountered in Sri Lanka, which was surprising. It felt like I was back home for a moment! Thankfully, happy hour offered a reprieve, bringing cocktail prices down to "only" £3.50. Despite the bar prices and the breakfast flies, it's still a solid place to stay in an excellent location.
