I recently went to a birthday party at Magic Mansion and was really impressed with the venue. This large, historic house has been updated and turned into an event space that meets all the needs for such occasions. Its location on Suleiman Terrace off Jawatte Road is also perfect, adding to its convenience. Although my experience was limited to the event I attended, Magic Mansion definitely proved to be an excellent choice for hosting gatherings and special events.

Our experience at Magic Mansion was absolutely beautiful and amazing. We successfully planned our outdoor wedding, and Mr. Rathnayake was the most helpful and supportive coordinator we could have asked for. From start to finish, he assisted with every little detail and ensured everything was perfectly arranged. Honestly, we couldn't have achieved such beauty without his help. The location is gorgeous, offering breathtaking views as shown in the pictures. We wholeheartedly recommend Magic Mansion and Mr. Rathnayake for both outdoor and indoor events.

We hosted a lovely Tamil-Hindu wedding here with a small group of friends from Sri Lanka and Europe. The venue was just right—cozy and perfect for an intimate gathering. They excelled in setting up the marquee, crafting a beautifully arranged and inviting atmosphere. Everything went off without a hitch, and the convenient location made it even more appealing. The garden at this venue is truly captivating, and I found myself completely enchanted by it. I reserved the garden for an evening cocktail event, and during our initial meeting, Mr. Nalaka Edirisinge, the owner, was very welcoming and engaging.

This place has a lovely garden, which is quite rare in Colombo. The house appears to be used for events but could use some upkeep. There's plenty of parking available, and the staff are courteous. However, the food could use some attention.

I was really let down by the service. The staff acted unprofessionally and were quite disrespectful. During the party I attended yesterday, one of the staff members told me to park my car far away from the mansion. It was raining, and there was no umbrella provided to help.
