    Disappointing Experience with Event Planning

    We ended up paying nearly double what the market charges, but we chose London First Impressions because other planners were already booked. The decorators arrived 45 minutes late, despite multiple calls, and the setup was still incomplete when our guests arrived; they had to wait about 30 minutes for the decorations to be finished. The LED letter didn't work, and the team left without addressing the issue, claiming it was broken. The service was extremely poor, and I cannot recommend them for any events.

    Terrible customer service experience

    The staff here are incredibly rude. Everyone seems to have a bad attitude. The woman who appears to be the manager lacks basic communication skills with customers. There's a complete absence of manners and customer service know-how, and she comes off as very arrogant. They desperately need training on how to engage with customers properly. It feels like they think customers are just there to get things for free instead of actually spending money. We had to wait while staff tended to their personal matters, which is absolutely unacceptable. I won't be returning here again.

    Stunning Bridal Flowers and Great Service

    I had my bridal red rose posy created by this florist, and he did an outstanding job. The posy was elegantly arranged, very neat, and exactly what we requested. It exceeded my expectations and truly made my day special. He had everything ready on time, as we had discussed, and was very accommodating beforehand, sending photos of the available flowers and reserving them for my wedding cake. Both the posy and the flowers for the cake remained fresh throughout the entire event, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you so much for your fantastic service! I would highly recommend this florist.
