Great Service and Quality Items
I've bought a lot of items from this place, including stainless steel nails. Each time, I encountered a different salesman, and all of them were impressively disciplined. The customer service is excellent. The prices are reasonable, and the quality has been good so far. It seems like the owner must be a disciplined person because the staff reflects that discipline. Kudos to the owner and all the staff for their outstanding qualities. I would definitely recommend this place to newcomers. However, if the owner is open to improvements, they should consider having someone available to answer phone calls and WhatsApp messages promptly, as there's quite a delay in responses that needs to be addressed. Thank you!
