My order from the Galle branch arrived completely damaged and ruined. To make matters worse, the staff displayed no sense of accountability, remorse, or even hesitation about the harm they caused. There was a total disregard for the customers' belongings.

Reaching the Galle branch is a total nightmare. They never answer their phones, no matter how many times you call. When you finally manage to contact them, the response is met with sheer indifference.
