Overall, everything is good, but the environment needs improvement. The urban council should take notice. Garbage bins need to be emptied on schedule, and the RDO officer should show more dedication.

Tilko Jaffna City Hotel is conveniently located close to the Jaffna Ancient Fort. The setting is charming, featuring a beautiful garden. They don’t ask for advance payment when you book, and they reach out a day prior to your arrival to confirm your stay.

The rooms are beautifully spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The food was excellent, and the staff in the restaurant were very courteous, contributing to a really comfortable stay. Thank you very much!

The rooms could use some upgrades. I found the service lacking, particularly with no water available in the morning, and the overall cleanliness didn't meet expectations.

Avoid their laundry service at all costs. It's the worst; they tend to ruin your clothes and then shift the blame onto you. The toilets are frequently clogged, and instead of addressing the problem, the staff will recommend not using toilet paper. Despite these issues, the restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. Management seems lacking, which is disappointing.

The food was outstanding, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The amenities included wifi, hot water, and tea and coffee available in the room. Everything was top-notch, and we truly enjoyed our time there. It's definitely the best place to stay.
