    Disappointed by iStore Jaffna Service

    I am extremely frustrated and unhappy with the service at iStore Jaffna. I took my iPhone X in for repairs, and it took 40 days to get it back. They claimed they replaced the battery and that the phone was in good working order. However, after using it, I found numerous problems that weren't there before, like signal issues and a non-functioning volume button, among other things. To make matters worse, I later discovered they didn’t even replace the battery. I feel cheated and believe the service was very poor. I do not recommend iStore for your important phone repairs.

    Terrible iPhone Repair Experience

    I had my iPhone X repaired here, and it was a nightmare. They swapped the camera lens from an old phone instead of fixing mine. The customer service was awful, and overall, I felt cheated. Plus, their prices were higher than other repair shops.
