I am very disappointed with the customer support and website system at CA Sri Lanka. I bought the official study pack, but when I tried to register for the online exam, the system incorrectly states that I haven't purchased it. This problem has persisted for over three days, and I still haven't received any real solution. The website is quite slow, often down, and seems to be overloaded. It's clear that CA Sri Lanka is responsible for managing the domain and system performance, and this level of service is unacceptable for a professional organization. To make matters worse, the customer support is lacking. I've reached out multiple times without any response, and even the phone numbers for the headquarters aren't working. There’s no effective communication channel available for urgent student issues. Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. Given my situation, I cannot recommend CA Sri Lanka courses, primarily because of their unreliable system and inadequate customer support.

I am completely let down by the student services and registration process. The communication is lacking, and the service agents treat students rudely, rather than providing friendly assistance. It seems like CA SriLanka enjoys wasting students' time by passing them around through different lines for simple extensions. I can't understand why management pays these rude and ineffective employees or why their actions go unchecked. This organization is the most unfriendly and discourteous I've ever encountered 😑🤮

Every time I call, not one person can provide a solution; they simply transfer me to another department, and then the call gets disconnected. It's important to remember that these services are not offered for free, and we deserve proper support since we pay for everything.
