Terrible experience at this place

I had the worst experience here. There’s an older lady at the reception who struggles to communicate with students and takes forever to finish any task, likely due to her age. Whenever we try to reach out, she yells at us and hangs up. I ended up calling her about ten times since she kept cutting me off. The lecture panel isn’t great either; only the Level 2 accounting teacher is decent while the others are hard to understand or hear. The restrooms are filthy, and there are rats scurrying around. Overall, it was a really bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re taking Level 2 accounting; it’s a waste of money for the other subjects! 🤬🤬🤬

Terrible Experience at IAS Institute

I enrolled in **IAS Institute** for **AAT Level 2** classes, and I can honestly say it’s the **worst institute I’ve ever been to**. From day one, the experience was awful. The counter staff collected the **full month’s tuition fee**, even though I started mid-month. When I asked about it, she claimed it was a mistake and the extra amount was just an **advance for next month**. This feels neither fair nor professional. Furthermore, if you fail to pay the monthly fee punctually, they will **remove you from the class group** without any notice. Is this how a so-called

Unpleasant Experience at AAT EM

While the office staff were pleasant, some of the teachers were quite rude. We were asked to leave simply because we arrived 5 minutes late, and it was only the first day! There were no warnings or any understanding shown, just a direct order to exit. The classrooms were very outdated and not well-kept, lacking air conditioning and equipped with only a few barely functional fans. Overall, the environment felt unprofessional, uncomfortable, and entirely unwelcoming. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Helpful but needs improvements

The lecture panel for Accounting Studies is solid and the class fees are fair. However, there are areas that require attention. The classroom setup isn't great, as the desks and seats are uncomfortable for a full day of classes. Additionally, there's no lift, which poses a challenge. The canteen leaves much to be desired; the food is quite poor.

Classroom conditions need serious improvement

Currently, I'm taking a professional course at IAS Institute in Colombo, and I'm really let down by the state of their classrooms. The building is in disrepair — the roof leaks when it rains, and both the walls and ceiling are significantly damaged. There's no air conditioning, which makes studying quite uncomfortable, particularly in hot weather. The furniture is outdated and worn, and overall, the classroom atmosphere is not conducive to a professional learning experience. This institute desperately requires renovations and improved facilities. I cannot recommend it.
