Terrible repair experience
I had one of the worst experiences here. I took my Poco X3 Pro phone, which had no power, for repairs. They informed me that it couldn't be fixed and that the only option was to replace the motherboard, which would cost around Rs. 45,000. I then took my phone to a mobile repair shop at the Kurunegala bus stand, where they managed to fix it by replacing some ICs, and the total cost was only Rs. 11,000. Given this experience, I cannot recommend this shop for mobile phone repairs. I’m baffled as to how they can operate as an official service center when they seem unable to replace basic components and seem to mislead customers.
