This was truly the best Thai massage I've ever had—right in Sri Lanka! Who would have expected that? It was amazing. The staff were incredibly nice and friendly. They provide you with a cute outfit before you start. I went for the firmer setting since deep pressure would have been a bit much for me. Overall, it was top-notch.

This is a spot I’d love to keep secret. It’s more rejuvenating than the massages I experienced in Thailand. The experienced Thai ladies provide excellent massages, and I always make a point to stop by Health Garden whenever I'm in Colombo. No doubt about it.

My wife and I really enjoyed our time at Health Garden Thai Wellness. I opted for the 90-minute massage while my wife chose a massage along with a body scrub. We both walked away feeling incredibly relaxed. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was calming, and the prices were quite reasonable. I highly recommend this place!

The entire staff was exceptionally kind and skilled. Honestly, I've never experienced such a fantastic massage even in Thailand. They also treated us to some delightful snacks and refreshments — thank you for everything, it was truly amazing. If you're visiting Sri Lanka, make sure you don’t miss this place.

From the moment we called to make a reservation until the very end, everything was flawless! Maneth greeted us warmly, providing cold towels and a refreshing drink. The aromatherapy session was incredibly soothing, just as we had hoped, thanks to the talented therapists. My wife and I were placed in rooms right next to each other for comfort, which was great since it was my first massage experience and we started at the same time. Miguel and Jenie, the therapists from Thailand, were fantastic; their expertise and skilled hands made the 60 minutes feel far too short! To top it off, we enjoyed hot tea and watermelon slices afterward for an extra refreshing touch. I highly recommend this place! ❤️
