Frustrating and Unprofessional Experience

The service was absolutely terrible. It took two months just to secure an appointment. I was scheduled for an implant procedure on a Saturday evening at 6:30. The woman responsible for scheduling was quite unfriendly and never explained the long wait. Two days before my appointment, I sent a message to confirm, only to receive a reply that the dentist wouldn't be there. Shouldn't she have called me beforehand to reschedule? She also mentioned she would call me the next day, but that never happened. The lack of professionalism was shocking. They seem to be chronically overbooked, making patients wait around two hours. It feels like the appointment scheduler doesn't care about the patients at all. The whole process is incredibly frustrating, and at times, they don't even pick up the phone. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you can. I've definitely had enough of their poor patient management.

Although appointment times can sometimes fluctuate, this is attributed to the prioritization of emergency cases. Overall, based on their experience, they strongly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking professional, compassionate, and reasonably priced dental care.

Exceptional dental care from Dr. Thuthikaran

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Thuthikaran and his entire team for the outstanding care and compassion they've provided to my father, both prior to and following his treatments. My father, who is over 75 and dealing with diabetes and high blood pressure, has been making the journey from Galle to receive treatment from Dr. Thuthikaran. Despite his age and health issues, the doctor instilled in him the confidence and reassurance necessary to safely undergo the procedures. With trust in both the Almighty and the doctor's abilities, everything has gone well each time. This marks his third implant procedure, which has included treatments for his front teeth, grinding teeth, and currently the left upper jaw. During every appointment, Dr. Thuthikaran has been incredibly patient, never hurrying, and consistently giving each patient the time and attention they require. He is a genuinely kind and approachable individual who emphasizes patient comfort and satisfaction. The service is not only highly professional but also very reasonably priced, which adds to its appeal. We are genuinely thankful and very pleased with the care we've received. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Thuthikaran to anyone in search of trustworthy dental treatment.
