Delightful Stay with Exceptional Hospitality
We only stayed for one night, but it was a truly wonderful experience. The room was incredibly comfortable, located in a calm and peaceful setting that made our visit both relaxing and memorable. Every amenity was kept to the highest standard, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The meals—both lunch and dinner—were simply delicious, reflecting a great level of quality and care in their preparation. We were genuinely impressed by the food's standard. What really enhanced the charm of this place was the hospitality. The owner was extremely welcoming and kind, providing attentive and friendly service throughout our stay. In every regard, this place surpassed our expectations. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for clean, well-furnished, and genuinely inviting accommodations. A fantastic experience from beginning to end.

Comfortable stay with minor issues
We stayed for one night primarily to visit Maha Stupa and Sri Maha Bodhi, so we didn’t spend much time in our rooms. The location is roughly 5 km from Pooja Nagaraya. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, featuring AC, hot water, and all essential amenities. The villa offers ample parking and provides a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. We enjoyed breakfast there, which was vegetarian and priced at Rs. 900 per person. The food was delicious and worth the cost. They also allowed us to prepare kiri ahara, which was a thoughtful gesture. While the rest of the staff were friendly and accommodating, the owner (or the person in charge) was not very welcoming. His attitude did not align with the level of hospitality one would expect from a hotel or villa. In summary, I would recommend this place for a comfortable stay in Anuradhapura.

Comfortable stay near Anuradhapura
We spent a night at Forest Edge Villas while visiting Anuradhapura, and it was a delightful experience. The location is quite convenient, situated around 5 km from the main pilgrim site. The owner, Mr. Jayamaha, was warm and provided excellent hospitality. Our room was clean and well-kept, featuring AC, hot water, and Dialog TV. Although they typically offer breakfast, the chef was unavailable during our visit, but we had no issues with that. In summary, it was a nice stay!

This place is wonderful, and despite being near the road, it feels like a retreat from the bustling city as soon as you walk in. It’s very tranquil, and the owner is an excellent host, along with a warm family. The room was quite nice, and we enjoyed a restful night’s sleep!

Wonderful Stay at Forest Edge Villa
My family and I spent two nights at Forest Edge Villa in Anuradhapura, and it was a delightful experience. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, equipped with A/C and dialog TV. The garden was beautifully kept, and the lush greenery offered a peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed a lot of privacy and truly felt at home. We chose to have breakfast there on both mornings, and the food was fantastic. The owner, Mr. Jayamaha, was exceptionally courteous, friendly, and professional. I'm really pleased we discovered this hidden gem and will definitely return on our next visit to Anuradhapura.

This place is ideal for visitors looking for a stress-free experience, run by a couple who are present on-site around the clock. It's located a bit outside the city. The rooms are very clean and come with the essentials, but remember to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush.

My family and I had a fantastic two-day stay here. We booked two rooms and relished tasty food during our visit. The surroundings were clean, tranquil, and very well-kept. Mr. Jayamaha and his wife kindly prepared milk rice for us, which allowed us to perform our morning religious rituals with great reverence. We truly appreciated their hospitality.
