    Filthy gym with high prices

    This is the worst gym I've ever been to. It's incredibly dirty, with stained carpets, rusty equipment, and a washroom that is perpetually unclean and smells terrible due to poor upkeep. The absence of air conditioning isn't the main issue; the overall state of the gym resembles a garbage dump. To make matters worse, they claim you can shower after your workout but then come up with excuses to deny you access to the shower. Honestly, there are much better gyms available for similar prices. This place isn't even worth the 2,000 per month they're charging, let alone the 5,000. If you can spend an extra 2,000, you might as well go to Fitness Factory and see what good value looks like, instead of wasting money on such a nasty gym.

    Excellent gym with great atmosphere

    I've been hitting the gym here for some time, and I can confidently say it's an excellent spot for workouts. The equipment is in great shape, and there's a solid selection suitable for both newcomers and seasoned lifters. The vibe is really encouraging, particularly during busy hours.

    Great gym experience with attentive trainer

    I've been at this gym for a month now, and it's been a positive experience. The trainer provides personal attention to everyone, which is great. It's also very accessible for anyone in the Kirulapone, Nugegoda, and Kohuwala areas. The machines are well-maintained too.
