Having spent considerable time at this gym, I feel it's crucial to share my candid experience for those contemplating joining. The facility's overall condition is subpar. There's often an unpleasant odor, air conditioning is absent, and the restrooms are not well-kept. The available equipment is limited, with hardly any treadmills or cycling machines, and cleanliness seems to be a low priority. They advertise personal training, guidance, and tailored workout plans, but that simply doesn't happen. What's even more disheartening is that the head coach, Yash Sathya, appears uninterested in assisting anyone—unless you're female. He neglects to correct form, offers minimal support, and generally displays indifference. Typically, it's the gym members who end up helping each other instead of him. It's also troubling to say that he doesn't seem like a safe or respectful coach for the female clientele either. His conduct raises concerns, and I wouldn't endorse this gym based solely on his presence. The training routines are generic; he distributes the same pre-made schedules to everyone, regardless of their fitness level or objectives. Beginners receive little to no proper instruction and are merely told to "go do this" or "go do that" without learning the right techniques, which is both risky and careless. Many of the positive reviews on Google Maps seem to come from the coach's close friends or acquaintances, not reflecting the true experience at this gym. The only positives I can mention are the extended hours, as they're open until 12 AM, and Coach Prashanth, who was initially helpful but then vanished from regular training. If you're in search of a clean, professional, and truly supportive gym, this isn't the place for you. Don't be swayed by the empty promises.
