Misleading 24-Hour Service Claims
I'm not even sure what 24 hours means in this context. Trying to discuss things over the phone is pointless. It's misleading to claim that this service is available around the clock.

This hospital is ineffective. I reached out urgently but received no response whatsoever. You're dealing with lives here; please show more responsibility.
