Exceptional massage and ambiance

During my two-month visit to Sri Lanka, I enjoyed a massage at Ember and Ice nearly every week, and I can't recommend Chaturi, the massage therapist, enough. Her 90-minute lymphatic drainage massage is truly a delight and an ideal way to unwind and rejuvenate. Aside from the massages, Ember and Ice offers a fantastic atmosphere to relax in. They serve the best coffee I tasted in Sri Lanka, and having the option to take an ice bath in the warm weather was just the refreshing experience I craved. Highly recommended!

Great Relaxation Spot in Sri Lanka

This place is fantastic—always clean and serving great coffee. As someone from Finland, I can say the sauna was amazing! It's my favorite way to unwind here in Sri Lanka. They also host events like a morning dance party at 10 AM, which I really enjoyed last time. 🌴

Magical Massage Experience

This is a fantastic spot that offers truly enchanting massage treatments! I enjoyed the 90-minute lymphatic drainage therapy, which took me to an exceptionally deep level of relaxation. The stunning open-air treatment rooms are nestled in nature, allowing you to hear the jungle sounds and the songs of birds while a refreshing breeze flows through. The therapist was professional, attentive, and very skilled, making the entire experience feel incredibly special. Plus, there's excellent coffee waiting for you afterward! I will certainly return.

Exceptional wellness experience at Ember & Ice

I had a fantastic time at Ember & Ice. The combination of the ice bath and sauna was just what my body craved. The place is incredibly clean, well-kept, and relaxing. The staff walked me through the experience and made me feel at ease, especially since it was my first visit. I really enjoyed the contrast therapy – it left me feeling refreshed, energized, and completely stress-free. I highly recommend it for recovery, wellness, or just a unique self-care day. Even Casper, the owner, was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely return!

Delightful Birthday Celebration at Amber & Ice

I had an amazing time at Amber & Ice while celebrating my birthday. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome. The guided sauna ritual was a standout experience. The three phases, paired with music, movement, dance, and lovely essential oils, created an emotional and unforgettable atmosphere. Transitioning between the sauna and the ice bath was both energizing and soothing. The venue is gorgeous, raw, natural, and beautifully designed. Sipping coffee afterward rounded off the experience perfectly. The hosts and staff are truly warm, attentive, and passionate about their work, which really makes a difference. If you're seeking more than just a sauna and ice bath, this place provides a genuinely unique experience. I loved it and will definitely return to try the outdoor gym.😄
