Outstanding Surf Instruction from Dilshan
My surf instructor, Dilshan, was incredibly friendly and provided top-notch guidance. He clearly outlined what I should expect from the lesson and quickly assessed my skill level. He’s the best surf instructor I've ever encountered! I highly recommend this surf school.

Fantastic surfing lessons with Dilshan
Dilshan proved to be an excellent instructor—very helpful and knowledgeable. He was friendly and helped me get up on the board during my first lesson! He provided feedback on what I did wrong when I fell and offered great support. I returned the next day for another lesson. I highly recommend starting your surfing journey with him instead of opting for busier spots like Hiriketiya.

Fantastic Surfing Experience in Sri Lanka
I signed up for the two-day course and couldn't be happier. The booking process was super simple, and I received amazing guidance. My surf instructor, Dilshan, was outstanding; within just an hour, I, as a total beginner, was riding my first small waves. It's important to mention that Dilshan shows great respect to everyone, and as a woman traveling solo, I felt completely at ease. We had a fantastic time together and enjoyed some lovely conversations. I'll definitely keep surfing, and if I return to Sri Lanka, I'll be sure to book another course here.

Amazing Surfing Experience with Great Instructors
This was my best surfing experience to date! The surf instructors were incredibly nice and friendly. Sumu and Dishan were not only patient and fun, but they also made sure I felt safe and comfortable throughout the lessons. They took the time to assess my skill level (I was a complete beginner) and truly helped me achieve both small and big successes, celebrating my progress with genuine happiness! I highly recommend this surf school. I can't wait to return to Hikkaduwa for the stunning surf spots and wonderful experiences! I traveled there in December/January.
