Great service and comfortable stay
The service here is excellent! The staff genuinely seem to enjoy their work, which makes for a delightful experience. Every request is met with a positive attitude and a smile. I want to give a special shoutout to Gihan, Dilshani, and Dinesh for making my visit memorable. The pillows were incredibly soft, and the mattress was comfortable, leading to great sleep quality during my three-night stay. On the downside, the Dialog LTE internet signal in my room was poor. I usually bring my own router, but I couldn't use it inside the room. Fortunately, there’s a Barista just a five-minute walk from the hotel where I could get some work done. While Sigiriya can be quite hot, the shade near the hotel pool and in the main hall was somewhat comfortable, but I still preferred the air conditioning in my room or at Barista. Security is available around the clock, so getting my car out of the parking lot, which is across the road from the hotel, at 5 AM to climb the rock was no problem at all. The food I ordered at the hotel was served promptly and was quite good.
