Terrible Experience with Wedding Video Company
Our experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. They are impossible to reach by phone and their professionalism is severely lacking. All they did was copy and paste pictures or videos, showing no creativity or editing skills. When they sent us a draft of our wedding video for review, I requested some changes, including a different music track and edits to the beginning. Initially, they assured me they would do their best, but after I provided the music, they took a week to tell me they couldn’t make any changes. I am beyond disappointed with the final video, especially considering it was for our wedding, the most important day of our lives. If you want to preserve the memories of your special occasions, I strongly advise finding true professionals instead of these copycats.

Terrible experience with hidden charges
I strongly advise against using this company. My experience was very disappointing. Initially, everything seemed fine until I made the advance payment. After that, unexpected charges popped up, like transport fees and event timing issues. Although they are located at WTC, I was told that the cameramen and equipment were coming from a different location. When I asked for the soft copy after the event, I had to go to his Athulkotte address (not WTC) to collect the pictures on a pen drive. We had to choose the photos for the album three times because he wasn't listening to our preferences. Once everything was finalized, we again had to pick up the album and photo frames from his Athulkotte address instead of his office. Nuwan is consistently dishonest, failing to adhere to timelines and providing incorrect information about the album size. What we received physically was not what we had discussed. The lack of customer service is truly appalling. Please see the time details below.

Disappointing Wedding Coverage Experience
Even though it's been two years, I feel compelled to share my experience so others can make an informed choice. I cannot recommend this company for wedding coverage. In my situation, the wedding album that was promised was never delivered. It's advisable not to pay the full amount before the wedding, as I found it extremely difficult to reach Nuwan (the owner) after the event, and the service I received did not align with our agreement. Additionally, my signature photo stand broke shortly after I received it. After numerous calls, I was told to take it to a nearby shop for repairs since the stand they provided barely lasted a month. As for the videography, when I asked for a backup video because the CD I got was unusable, I was informed two months later that the backup could not be located. Overall, I am quite disappointed with the service I experienced.
