Terrible dental experience
This was the worst experience I've ever had. A couple of years ago, I chose not to write a review, but after learning that a friend who had her wisdom tooth removed there still experiences numbness in her chin, I felt compelled to share my story. During my visit, the wrong tooth was extracted. An outside surgeon was brought in, and instead of removing the tooth with the cavity, he took out a healthy tooth next to it. He removed a tooth that wasn't even fully emerged yet, cutting my gum and stitching it up afterwards. Initially, they examined the problematic tooth and mentioned they would need to make a cut, so I didn't think much of it at the time. However, they failed to properly inform the surgeon about the issue, and he proceeded without asking any questions. As a result, I suffered for a month with high fever and constant vomiting. We filed a complaint, but they didn't even refund half of what I paid. If this had happened recently, I would have considered legal action. I strongly advise against visiting this place; there are plenty of better dental options available.

Dr. Palipana is undoubtedly one of the most reliable dentists in Sri Lanka. The clinic has a cozy atmosphere and is always kept exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this place!
