Disappointing Roasted Pork Experience

I’d like to express my concerns regarding the roasted pork I ordered. While the texture was crunchy, the flavor was far from what I expected. It had an overwhelming taste of pork lard and oil, completely missing the classic roasted flavor and the balance of crispy skin with well-seasoned meat. Instead of enjoying roasted pork, it felt like I was eating pure fat. This was truly disappointing and didn’t meet the basic expectations I have for this dish. I hope you can address this issue and enhance the quality.

Great food and friendly service
