Unprofessional Orthodontist Experience
I don't usually write negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. I visited this orthodontist for a bracket placement and to discuss treatment options. They refused to attach my existing bracket and assured me they would order a new one "tomorrow or the day after," but then they completely ignored me. A month later, they called to inform me it was ready, but by that point, I had already started searching for a different orthodontist. When I went back, the bracket fell off again. They declined to fix it, stating it would require another month. During this time, they took my X-rays and brackets, charged me, and provided absolutely no communication. This was extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. If you care about your health and time, I suggest looking for another orthodontist.
