The customer service here is extremely poor. I called to ask about a parcel, and they told me it was available for pickup. However, when I arrived, they kept insisting that they didn't have the parcel. It seems they don’t actually deliver parcels; they just receive items at the branch and then send them back. I'm really unclear about the purpose of this company. The staff at this location are very irresponsible.

This is the worst courier service I've ever encountered. I do not recommend them at all. I arranged for a parcel to be picked up online from Galle. After that, I received a call from the Colombo branch confirming they would organize the pick-up that same day. However, I didn't hear anything until the evening. The following day, I reached out to the Galle branch, and they claimed they had no knowledge of the pick-up. They assured me someone would come that day, but no one showed up. When I called again in the evening, they informed me they couldn't come that day but promised to come tomorrow instead.

I'm extremely disappointed with this courier service. They fail to deliver parcels and provide inadequate information regarding delays. When I went to the branch, they repeatedly claimed they hadn’t received my parcel. As a result, I've lost something valuable. The staff were very irresponsible! Customer care was also unsatisfactory, and they showed no respect for their customers.
