Delicious food in a cozy setting

We had a fantastic time at Cafe Eden yesterday! The food was incredibly tasty, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. Every dish we sampled was fresh and made to perfection. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. This was definitely one of our best dining experiences. I highly recommend Cafe Eden for anyone seeking excellent food and a delightful ambiance!

Charming spot with tasty Sri Lankan fare

What a delightful little find with a fantastic selection of both Sri Lankan and international dishes! Everything was prepared fresh (we could even hear them chopping ginger for our ginger and mint iced tea), and the way the food and drinks were presented was impressive. We had the lamprais (a must-try), the kottu, and the paratha rotti. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we enjoyed sitting on a lovely outdoor patio with a view of the jungle. A perfect stop while visiting Ella!

I had one of the most delightful and relaxing lunches at Eden Cafe. Tucked away amid lush greenery and the serene beauty of nature, this café is an ideal retreat for anyone seeking to unwind and recharge in Ella. The Lamprais (Lump Rice) was outstanding—full of flavor, expertly prepared, and beautifully served on a banana leaf. Each bite showcased quality, authenticity, and meticulous attention to detail. The peaceful forest backdrop enhanced the dining experience, making it both comforting and unforgettable. With its creative green environment, scenic wooden deck, and soothing natural surroundings, this café stands out as one of the top lunch spots in Ella. It’s the sort of place where you can take your time, soak in the views, and truly cherish the moment. I want to highlight Sadali, who delivered some of the best service I’ve ever encountered. Her warm smile, genuine kindness, attentiveness, and professional demeanor made my visit even more special. She was incredibly friendly, humble, and always eager to assist, ensuring every guest felt welcomed and valued. The whole team at Eden Café was friendly and welcoming, but Sadali’s exceptional service truly made a lasting impression. I highly recommend this place! If you're in Ella and in search of delicious food, a tranquil natural setting, and remarkable hospitality, Eden Café is a must-visit. The combination of the fantastic Lamprais, stunning greenery, and the excellent service from Sadali and her team guarantees that I will return with pleasure.
