The veterinarians here are incredibly caring and went above and beyond to assist two foreign visitors with just an hour's notice, likely in their personal time. They also provided us with additional information to help with our next steps.

I've been going to BluePet Animal Clinic & Surgery for a while, and each time I've had a positive experience with their service.

I was really let down by the service at this clinic. When my dog was seriously ill, the clinic's response was lacking. I found the communication to be insufficient, the follow-up was not clear, and I didn't receive the urgent care that a serious situation demands. In emergencies, pet owners depend on prompt assistance and responsible medical attention. Sadly, that was not my experience here. Because of this, I cannot recommend this clinic. If you genuinely care about your pets, I urge you to think twice before choosing this place. I hope the clinic can raise its standards, improve communication, and enhance overall patient care to avoid similar situations for other pets.

The attention and service were top-notch. The doctor took the time to explain everything in detail and handled our pet with great care. The staff remained friendly and supportive the entire time.
